We charge a standard £12 P&P on most items. If you would like to purchase a large or fragile item, shipping is not included at the checkout. For these pieces, collection is available from East London E11. We will be in touch once the purchase is made to arrange a suitable time for collection. If you would like assistance with a courier or delivery please reach out via email and we will endeavour to help as much as possible.

We aim to get items in the post within 3-5 days of your order, if your order is especially urgent send us an email - we always try to help where we can!

Unfortunately at this time we cannot accommodate international shipping. However, we are working towards making this an available option - watch this space!

We endeavour to only use recycled or recyclable packaging for your orders. It doesn’t always look the prettiest but we do believe in reusing as much as possible! All of the pieces we sell are vintage or antique, we firmly believe in reusing, repurposing and bringing life back to timeless homeware pieces. We firmly believe in embracing the imperfections and history of a unique item!

If you are not completely happy with your purchase please reach out to us via email within 48 hrs of receiving your order. The item must be returned to us within 14 days of the order being made and in its original condition. We ask that you look carefully at the pictures and description of the item prior to purchase, the items are vintage and do tend have some imperfections!

If the item is delivered in a damaged state please contact us within 48 hrs of its arrival and we can arrange a full refund. If you have changed your mind on an item or no longer require it, please let us know within 48 hrs of its arrival and return the item to us within 14 days of the order date. The item must be returned in it’s original condition.

Please note we cannot refund the shipping costs or cover the cost of the return shipping.
